Lemon Hummus
½ Cup Cuisine Perel Lemon Zest Grapeseed Oil
4 Cups Garbanzo Beans, cooked (2 cans)
2 Cloves Garlic, peeled
1 t. Cumin, ground
Juice of 1 Lemon
Salt and Pepper to Taste
In food processor, combine beans, garlic and cumin
Blend to combine
While blending, slowly add Cuisine Perel Lemon Grapeseed Oil and puree to desired consistency
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and serve as a dip with toasted pita chips or as a garnish on a baked potato or grilled meats
