Opening a Cuisine Perel Wholesale Account

Opening Orders
The minimum opening Wholesale order is $200. Cuisine Perel does not mix or split cases.

Terms, Shipping, Damage Claims, Restocking Fee

Terms: We accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express. A customer may apply for Net 30 Day Terms after they have been an established customer for six (6) months. Credit limits are determined on past order history. Please contact Accounting at Cuisine Perel (accounting@cuisineperel.com) if you are interested in applying for terms and would like a credit application. There is also an application available on the website suitable for printing. Please allow 3 weeks for processing and please fill out all information fields requested. Not doing so will only delay the process. Terms are not automatically granted. Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. All returned checks, due to insufficient funds, will be charged a penalty (fee) of $75.00. Cuisine Perel reserves the right to revoke terms at any time.

Shipping: Cuisine Perel ships FOB, Richmond, CA - Zip 94804 – via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.

Damage Claims: All claims must be submitted in writing via fax or email within 48 hours of delivery. No exceptions.
Fax 510.232.0321 ATTN: Accounting or email accounting@cuisineperel.com . UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to issuing a claim; please hold damaged goods for a minimum of five (5) business days. Credit or replacements will be issued for damages.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any orders refused or returned without a prior authorization plus any and all shipping and handling and other applicable fees.

Sample Policy: Samples are provided at $1.00 off per case of product ordered (case pack 12) or $0.50 off per case of product (case pack 6). Cuisine Perel does not split cases to provide samples. Should you wish to taste a potentially new product for your business we will provide product at one half the wholesale cost plus shipping charges. We do offer 1 oz., samples of many of our vinegars and oils (only) free of charge and will gladly send those in moderation.
