Serves 4

½ Cup Cuisine Perel Citrus Cilantro Grapeseed Oil
¼ Cup Lime Juice
2 Cloves Garlic, smashed
1, 1-Inch Piece of Fresh Ginger, smashed
1 - 1 ½ Lb. Jumbo Prawns, cleaned and deveined
8 Skewers, soaked first if wood

  • Mix together oil, lime juice, garlic and ginger
  • Thread shrimp onto skewers
  • Marinade shrimp for 20 - 30 minutes
  • Preheat grill to medium - high
  • Remove shrimp from marinade and place on grill
  • Grill until done, about 3-4 minutes per side
  • Remove from skewers and serve atop a base of mixed greens or with your favorite veggies and starch
