Serves 4
1 Cup Cuisine Perel Blood Orange Vinegar
¼ Cup Honey
2 Pink Grapefruits, peeled and sectioned
2 Navel or Blood Oranges, peeled and sectioned
Zest and Juice of 1 Lemon
2 T. Brown Sugar
In sauce pan, combine vinegar, honey and sugar and heat until disolved
Place citrus sections in mixing bowl
Add vinegar syrup and gently mix
Add lemon juice and zest and chill
Serve as a garnish, alone or with fresh or frozen yogurt as a simple dessert
