Serves 4

1 Cup Cuisine Perel Blood Orange Vinegar
¼ Cup Honey
2 Pink Grapefruits, peeled and sectioned
2 Navel or Blood Oranges, peeled and sectioned
Zest and Juice of 1 Lemon
2 T. Brown Sugar

  • In sauce pan, combine vinegar, honey and sugar and heat until disolved
  • Place citrus sections in mixing bowl
  • Add vinegar syrup and gently mix
  • Add lemon juice and zest and chill
  • Serve as a garnish, alone or with fresh or frozen yogurt as a simple dessert
