Mangosteen Pie
Ingredients:
- Graham Cracker Crust
- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Cuisine Perel Mangosteen vinegar
- 6 Tablespoons of butter, melted
Mangosteen Filling:
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz container of whip topping, thawed
- 1/3 cup of Cuisine Perel Mangosteen vinegar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar, vinegar and melted butter. Press firmly on bottom and up sides of pie plate.
- Bake for 8 minutes and let cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, add chilled sweetened condensed milk and whip topping and fold gently.
- Add vinegar and continue to gently fold, until completely incorporated. Do not over mix.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust and freeze overnight
