Mangosteen Pie

Ingredients:

  • Graham Cracker Crust
  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Cuisine Perel Mangosteen vinegar
  • 6 Tablespoons of butter, melted

Mangosteen Filling:

  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz container of whip topping, thawed
  • 1/3 cup of Cuisine Perel Mangosteen vinegar

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar, vinegar and melted butter. Press firmly on bottom and up sides of pie plate.
  • Bake for 8 minutes and let cool completely.
  • In a medium bowl, add chilled sweetened condensed milk and whip topping and fold gently.
  • Add vinegar and continue to gently fold, until completely incorporated. Do not over mix.
  • Pour mixture into the pie crust and freeze overnight
